      2. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.

1. Tour Itinerary:
   1. Scenic Escape St. Kitts will provide a detailed itinerary for each tour.
   2. The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control.

• Scenic Escape St. Kitts reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the itinerary for the safety and enjoyment of all participants.

1. Health and Safety:
   1. Customers must comply with all health and safety guidelines provided by Scenic Escape St. Kitts during the tour.
   2. Customers should inform Scenic Escape St. Kitts of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect their participation in the tour.
2. Liability:
   1. Scenic Escape St. Kitts shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by actions or omissions of third parties or circumstance beyond our control.
   2. Customers participate in the tours at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.
3. Code of Conduct:
   1. Customers are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during the tour.
   2. Any behaviour that endangers the safety or enjoyment of other participants will result in immediate termination of the tour and or removal from the tour without refund.
