Refund and Cancellation Policy for Scenic Escape St. Kitts Ltd.

1. Cancellation by the Customer:
   1. If the customer wishes to cancel the tour or any part of the tour, they must notify Scenic Escape St. Kitts in writing of by email
   2. The following cancellation fees will apply:

• 48 hours or more prior to tour date: Full refund of the tour price inclusive of any taxes or fees that were incurred.
• 24 hours prior to the tour date 75% of tour price, less any taxes or fees that were incurred
• Less than 24 hours prior to tour date: NO REFUND will be provided.

2. Cancellation by Scenic Escape St Kitts Ltd.:
   1. Scenic Escape reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, illness of crew or insufficient bookings or any event deemed not in the best interest of its customers.
   2. In the event of cancellation by Scenic Escape, customers will be offered the option of rescheduling the tour a similar option or receiving a full refund inclusive of all taxes and fees.
3. Changes to Bookings by Customers:
   1. Changes to tour dates or other booking details are subject to availability and must be requested in writing or email.
   2. Scenic Escape St. Kitts will make every effort to accommodate its customer changes, but cannot guarantee the availability of alternative dates.

4. Refunds:
   1. Refunds will be processed withing seven (7) days of the cancellation date.
   2. Refund will be made to the original form of payment used for the booking. E.g. payment by card will be refunded using the card. Payment in cash will be refunded by cash.

5. No Show Policy:
   1. In the event of a no-show, (customer fails to arrive for the tour), no refund will be provided. Scenic Escape St. Kitts reserves the right to use its discretion based on the customer circumstances.
6. Force Majeure:
   1. Scenic Escape St. Kitts shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes to the tour caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes or governmental restrictions.
7. Insurance:
   1. It is recommended that customers have travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or expenses related to the tour.
8. Liability Waiver:
   1. Each and every customer must read and understand the contents of the waiver which must be signed giving full name(s) prior to the commencement of the tour.
